We want you to feel confident in your DFYNE fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure items are free from makeup, deodorant marks, or scents to qualify for a full refund.

Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
